Reedycja ostatniego albumu nagranego przez grupę Marillion z
charyzmatycznym wokalistą Fishem. "Clutching At Straws" z 1987r. powraca
w zremasterowanej i wzbogaconej wersji.
Czwarty album w dorobku grupy odniósł duży sukces komercyjny, pokrywając
się złotem w Niemczech i na Wyspach. W ojczyźnie zespołu płyta dotarła
do drugiego miejsca na liście bestsellerów. Pochodzą z niej klasyki
Marillion: "Incommunicado", "Sugar Mice" i "Warm Wet Circles". Dziś
album jest już klasykiem neo-prog rocka.
Materiał audio został na nowo zmiksowany, a zajęli się tym Andy
Bradfield i Avril Mackintosh. Zestaw uzupełnia koncert Marillion z
grudnia 1987r. z sali Playhouse w szkockim Edynburgu. Te nagrania
zmiksował Michael Hunter. Niektóre z nich wypłynęły nieco później, w
1988r., na płycie live "The Thieving Magpie".
Trzecią płytę wypełniło dziewięć wersji demo po raz pierwszy wydanych w
1999r. z czterema nieopublikowanymi wówczas "Hotel Hobbies/Warm Wet
Circles", "Just For The Record", "Torch Song" i "Slainte Mhath".
Dysk Blu-ray to oryginalny miks albumu plus kilka innych (48/24 PCM
Stereo Remix; 48/24 LPCM Master Audio 5.1 Mix; 48/24 DTS Master Audio
5.1 Mix) oraz 60-minutowy film dokumentalny, na którym zawarto między
innymi wywiad Micka Walla z zespołem o "Clutching At Straws", klipy do
"Incommunicado", "Sugar Mice" i "Warm Wet Circles".
